The organizer of the conference hope that you will not have to cancel your registration. However,
should this be necessary, please see the terms below.
Urban Growth – Perennial Plantings Beyond Nature II, is the event.
Klinta Trädgård AB, is the organizer.
The client is referred to as “you” and as “the client”.
The booking refers to the booking for this particular conference.
The ticket refers to the ticket for this particular conference.
Payment must be received in full prior to the conference. Access will not be permitted if full
payment has not been received.
You are responsible to make sure the booking is made correctly; the e-mail address is correct, the
kind of ticket is correct, the number of tickets is correct, etc.
You are responsible to make sure the ticket is paid for prior to the conference.
You are responsible to make sure the ticket can be shown upon registration at the conference.
You are responsible to keep yourself updated on news around the event.
Cancellation of your conference registration will be possible before the following dates, by sending
an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as well as following the steps below, “Ticket Refund”.
Cancellation before 31 May: 85% refund of registration fee
Cancellation between 1 June – 31 July: 50% refund of registration fee
Cancellation after 1 August: no refund
You may transfer your ticket to another person. NOTE that you need to inform the organizers in
order to get the ticket adjusted, as well as the name tags and food orders correct. If this is not done
and confirmed done by the organizers, the ticket is not valid.
Cancellation of the Conference
Klinta Trädgård AB is not responsible in case of Force Majeure. Any event arising that is beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, including for example venue damage or cancellation, health scares, governmental regulations or action, military action, fire, flood, disaster, civil riot, acts of terrorism or war. In case of Force Majeure there will be a ticket refund of 75%.
In case the event is cancelled due to Force Majeure, the client claims the refund. See below, ”Ticket Refund”.
In case the client has the right to get the ticket refunded, the client shall communicate the claim to the organizer before November the 1st, 2022, together with correct bank details to which the refund shall be made. If the claim is not made before November the 1st, 2022, the client will not receive the refund.
